Less than truckload, or LTL, refers to shipping freight that will fit inside of a truck but doesn't take up the entire truckload. This means it will likely be combined with other shipments to make the best use of the truck’s interior storage (and thus reduce gas costs for all customers). Traditionally, LTL shipping will handle small freight larger than what would be shipped using a parcel carrier.
Here at RJS, we provide less than truckload shipping. There is no limit on the weight of shipments you can send out, even if it does not fill up an entire truck. When you need to send goods and equipment out, you shouldn’t be forced to wait until a larger order is placed or try to find a carrier that will handle the amount you're shipping out. At RJS, we handle it all.
