RJS Logistics is hiring for 2 Account Manager positions. This is a remote/work-from-home role offering flexibility for qualified candidates who want to make an impact in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build comprehensive knowledge of client objectives and operational challenges. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers over time, becoming their trusted logistics partner.
Shipment Coordination
Ensure freight shipments meet delivery schedules consistently. Work collaboratively to negotiate terms, rates, and identify appropriate carriers for each shipment.
Quality Assurance
Protect shipment quality and company reputation through standard procedures. Maintain the high standards that our clients expect and deserve.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 annually
