Position Overview
RJS Logistics is hiring for 2 Inside Sales Representative positions on a remote/work-from-home basis. This is a full-time role perfect for driven individuals who excel at prospecting, relationship building, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research
Research potential customers using ZoomInfo and other tools. Identify target companies and decision-makers who could benefit from our logistics services. Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Outbound Calling
Make approximately 30 cold and warm calls daily to potential clients. Build rapport, understand their logistics needs, and introduce RJS Logistics services. Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate customer relationship management systems. Track all interactions, update prospect status, and ensure data accuracy for effective sales management and reporting.
Marketing Coordination
Work alongside Account Managers to identify target markets. Create and sustain email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and drive engagement. Collaborate on marketing strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly rate: $15-$30 per hour (full-time position)
