RJS Logistics is hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator at our Monroe, North Carolina location. This leadership role combines team management, carrier coordination, and analytical problem-solving in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Manage a team of Junior Logistics staff members, providing training, support, and guidance. Help develop their skills and ensure team success through effective leadership and mentorship.

Carrier & Vendor Coordination

Work directly with carriers and freight partners to facilitate operations. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure shipping deadlines are met consistently and efficiently.

Claims Management & Analysis

Investigate discrepancies in inbound and outbound claims and handle chargeback disputes. Identify patterns and trends in datasets to improve operations and prevent future issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communicate shipment results to relevant team members. Work with internal teams and management to establish business needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually
