Senior Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with carriers and freight partners
- Manage a team of Junior Logistics
- Train and support employees
- Work with external vendors to ensure shipping deadlines are met
- Investigate discrepancies in inbound and outbound claims
- Handling chargeback disputes from customers
- Report shipment results back to relevant team members
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
Base pay: $50K-$65K + Commission
